ANALISIS SWOT DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PADA KEBERHASILAN INDUSTRI KECIL ROTAN KOTA PADANG

ABSTRAK
 

Rattan commodity in Padang city, including commodity most likely to be developed. With its potential industrial development aimed at strengthening competitiveness through competitive advantages. The strategy used to develop the small industry rattan in Padang city in order to have a competitive edge is SWOT analysis and using the right strategy for businesses rattan industry. The object of research is small rattan Industry, located in Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota PadangTanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang and institutions related. This study uses primary data, field observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. The analysis was performed by using a SWOT analysis. The result is obtained that rattan industry Padang from the internal side of strength greater than weakness, while on the external side of the existing opportunities greater than the treatness. Rattan industry Padang city were the first quadrant which means that this position indicates that the rattan industry in the city of Padang strong and likely to grow.

KUALITAS PRODUK SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ANTARA PENGARUH LIFE STYLE TERHADAP MINAT BELI MOBIL AGYA DI PASAMAN BARAT

ABSTRAK
 

This study aimed to see how the variables Lifestyle affect intantion and see also whether the Quality of Product role as an intervening variable. From the results of this study, the variables Life Style (X) significantly affects Intantion (Y), where the regression coefficient is 0.452 with a significant level of 0.000. However, the value of regression coefficient Life Style (X) has decreased from 0.452 into 0.263. Variable Quality of Product (I) as an intervening variable significant effect on Intantion (Y) with regression coefficient is 0.347 and significant level of 0.000. The amount of influence Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y) is 0.532 (R2 = 5.32). In other words, an increase in the effect of variable Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y) amounted to 16.2%, or from 53.2% to 6.97%. It can be interpreted that the variable Quality of Product (I) partially mediate the relationship between the variables Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y).

ABSTRAK
 

The high level of competition in banking sector requires management to implement a good marketing management strategy in order to increase the customers loyalty. Customer loyalty is determined by the high relationship quality. Among the variables that influence the relationship quality is trust, satisfaction and commitment. This study analyzed the effect of these three variables to improve relationship quality on Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch. The population is the customers who take a sample of 100 customers. Measurement of variables with instruments which quantified by Likert scale. The results showed that all of the independent variables positive and significant impact on the improvement of relationship quality. The findings of this study provides implications for the management of Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch that in order to improve the relationship quality should increase the trust variable, satisfaction and commitment.

ABSTRAK
 

Luwak White Coffee get a phenomenal achievement in the instant coffee market. As a player who came later this brand has been able to compete with brands already well known. Four years its presence has been able to achieve Top Brand in 2014 on category of White Coffee. The great reputation is because of the massive advertising activities with the good concept of advertising. Both of these variables are estimated as strong factors that make up the customer value and further encouraging words of mouth behavior. This study tried to analyze the influence of these variables to words of mouth and saw the mediating role of customer value. The population of this study are consumer society of Luwak White Coffee in West Pasaman. Results showed the reputation and advertising respectively partially positive and significant impact on customer value and also to words of mouth. Similarly, customer value positive and significant effect on the words of mouth. Tests also show that customers value acts as a full intervening in influence of reputation and advertising toward words of mouth. The results provide practical implications that in improving the behavior of words of mouth customers of Luwak White Coffee, the management must be continue to maintain and develop the reputation and advertising activity.

ABSTRAK
 

This study aimed to see how the task demands affect job satisfaction and see also whether work stress role as a variable intervening. The results of this study, the variable task demands (X) effect significantly 0,002. However, the value of the variable task demands regression coefficient has decreased from 0.409 into 0.272. Work stress variable (I) as an intervening variable significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) with regression coefficient is 0.311 and significant level of 0,000. The amount effect of work stress on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.443 (R2 = 4.43). In other words, an increase in variable effect of work stress on job satisfaction (Y) by 18% or from 2.93% to 4.43%. It can be interpreted that the work stress variable (I) partially mediate the relationship between task demands variables (X) to job satisfaction (Y).

ABSTRAK
 

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the potential tax revenue of Bukittinggi. To determine the revenue potential requires a research data using time series. Research using time series will help see how potential acceptance of any local taxes. The research used descriptive method quantitative and quanlitative, the research sources by collecting data, presenting and explaining the data through the numbers. Analysis by calculation of the potential local tax revenues based on the potential of the area, realization of acceptance, make comparisons with the regulations, see trend growth and how the projections in the future. The results found out of 11 (eleven) types of local taxes stipulated in Law No. 28 of 2009, which has been levied by the Bukittinggi as much as eight (8) types of local taxes. Potential local tax revenue of Bukittinggi in 2015 were mainly derived from hotel taxes.

ABSTRAK
 

The object of this study is the Food Beverages company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009 until 2013 period, and the sample is a company that is always consistent issued financial statements in the period of observation. The purpose of this study analyzed the factors that caused the decline or fluctuations in the value of its profitability. And the research variables are Return On Asset (Y), Firm Size (X1), Growth Opportunity (X2), Total Asser Turn Over (X3). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing then the conclusion is the Firm Size significantly influence the Return On Asset, Growth Opportunity whereas no significant effect on Return On Assets, And On variable Total Asset Turn Over significantly influence the Return On Asset.

This study was intended to see how the influence of Hedonic Shopping Value, Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion against Impulse Buying on visitor of Plaza Andalas Padang . The population of this study is the consumers have ever shopped at Plaza Andalas Padang with a sample of 150. The technique of sampling using purposive sampling . Results of this study, the variables Hedonic Shopping Value ( X1 ) , Shopping Lifestyle ( X2 ) , and Positive Emotion ( X3 ) significantly affects to the Impulse Buying ( Y ) with a significant level of 0.000 . The influence of Hedonic Shopping Value ( X1 ) , Shopping Lifestyle ( X2 ) , and Positive Emotion ( X3 ) against Impulse Buying ( Y ) was 0.663 ( R2 = 66.3 ) .
