PENENTU STRUKTUR MODAL DAN PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

ABSTRAK
 

The purposes of this study were to examine the influence of profitability, firm size, growth, asset structure, non debt tax shield on the capital structure and the influence of capital structure on the firm value. The sample used in this research are infrastructure, utility and transportation sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2010-2013, which is choosing by purposive sampling method. Testing hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression. The results showed that only profitability has significant effect on capital structure. Beside that, capital structure also has significant effect on firm value.

ABSTRAK
 

Government efforts to improve the micro small and medium enterprises manifested in various programs such as financial aid programs like credit program. In the journey of credit program is not always smooth and the loan is still quite high. This study tries to analyze the behavior of credit program customers by implementing the Theory of Planned Behavior of Ajzen (1988). Measurement of variables with the instrument measured by Likert scale. Descriptive analyzes were performed to see whether or not the good level of each variable and regression studies to examine the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The results showed that the intentions and behavior of the credit program customer is still low level. While the variables that influence a positive and significant impact on intentions are attitudes and perceived behavioral control are still categorized as low. That is the intention and the behavior of customers are still low originated from the attitudes and behavior control is low. Whereas subjective norm has been categorized quite good, but no significant effect on intentions and customer behavior. Implications of this research is : To develop the credit program should be improving the behavior, attitudes and perceived behavioral control of the credit program customers.

ABSTRAK
 

Banking including BPR is very important to developing the economy. So, the bank must be have a level of optimal profitability continuously. This study to analized the effect of BOPO to Profitability of PT. BPR SAN. The data to be analized are the values of these variables in the quarterly report for the year 2010 - 2014. By the multiple linear regression analisys found that BOPO has a significant effect on NPM, but no significant effect on ROE and ROA. The implication of this research is PT. BPR SAN must improve the performance of credit porfolio in the ideal position and productive, but still have to consider the operational efficiency and the level of credit performance.

ABSTRAK
 

Tujuan Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Objek Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa penerima dana Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW), Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Bung Hatta. Dan dalam hal teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode sensus yaitu sampel seluruh mahasiswa pemenang program PMW. Hasil penelitian variabel (H1) Kepribadian tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan variabel (H2) Mata kuliah kewirausahaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa penerima dana program mahasiswa wirausaha( PMW ) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Bung Hatta.

ABSTRAK
 

This study was intended to test the brand association to consumer response at hedonic brand. Especially on the effect of dimensions brand function (guarantee function, personal identification function, social identification function, and status function) to consumer response (brand extension, recommendation and consumer willingness to pay at price premium). The model of this research is firstly advanced by Bele’n del Rio et al., (2001) in his article entitled “The effects of brand functions on consumer response”. The subjects of this study were193 students to hedonic brand who lived in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). By using analysis instrument of Structural Equation Modeling in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of the analysis suggested on the hedonic brand had effects of dimensions brand function to consumer response, especially on personal identification and social identification.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PTPN VI UNIT OPHIR SARIAK

ABSTRAK
 

The production of oil palm plantations , CPO (Curt Palm Oil), has been a mainstay of the economy of Indonesian commodities. In order to continue to rise the CPO production, the oil palm plantation company, must be able to increase production. So that the company is able to produce at an optimum level, necessary to support high-performing employees. This study to analyzed the effect of environment and training on employee performance on PTPN VI Ophir unit. The study population overall employee of PT. PTPN VI Ophir Unit as 625 people. The number of samples is set as 87 people based on Slovin formula. Measurement of variables with quantitative instruments with Likert scale. Hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression find the results that the environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.384 and a significance value of 0.003 (<0.05). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.336 and a significance value of 0.020 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination of 47.3% shows the contribution of the environment and training in improving the performance of employees is 47.3%, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by other variables. The results of this study imply that the leaders of PTPN VI Ophir Unit to improve the performance of employees can be done by improving the working conditions and employees training.

PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI , MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PRIMATAMA MULYA JAYA (PMJ) KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

ABSTRAK
 

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawanan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan bagian ADM Kantor PT. PMJ yang berjumlah 33 orang. Karena jumlah populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, tidak ada penarikan sampel. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan seluruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,731, yang berarti pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ sebesar 73,1 % dan sisanya 26,9 % dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian ini. Setiap variable berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Karyawan, variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ adalah variable motivasi yaitu sebesar 0,930.
